When you apply to the Norven program we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and — during identity verification — government identification documents, your Social Security number, date of birth, address, and supporting financial documents. We also collect basic technical information about your visit (browser, device, pages viewed, and how you reached us).

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with strict access controls. Your Social Security number and financial account numbers are encrypted at rest; access to full values is restricted to authorized compliance personnel and every access is logged.

We use your information to evaluate your application, verify your identity, operate your account, communicate with you about your application and participation, and meet our legal and compliance obligations.
